Sports Physicals
To play sports, all students must have one physical per year.
There is also a $25 athletic fee that must be paid before the first game.
If your student is participating in fall sports, he or she must have had a physical by August 27. $20 (cash only) physicals are available at the following schools:
- East HS, August 13, 5pm-8pm
- Thomas Jefferson HS, August 17, 5pm-8pm
- GW HS, August 18, 5pm-8pm
- Skinner MS, August 26, 5pm-8pm
- Place MS, August 27, 5pm-8pm
Physicals will be good for one year from the date of the exam. Please call ahead for an appointment at (720) 423-4240. No walk-ins will be allowed. Every participant under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian; no exceptions will be made.
Also, both Walgreens and Walmart have walk-in clinics that perform physicals for about $35.
