The last day of Quarter 4 is May 27, 2022. Standards based grades will be available to 6th and 7th Grade families in Parent Portal on Friday, June 3, 2022. Report cards will not be sent home.

Our rising 7th and 8th grade students have the opportunity to participate in free coed summer camps this summer offered by CHIC and QUEENSHIP. Spaces are limited! More details are here: CHIC Flier and Sign-up, and QueenShip Sign-Up
Hey Families! Take a look at the flier HERE from our mental health partner Devereux! If you’d like to start, continue, or look into services and support for your student for the summer or next school year, don’t hesitate to reach out to them with the information on the flier!
IMatter is a program that can connect youth with a therapist for up to 6 free virtual counseling sessions with the possibility of in-person sessions as well. The sessions are completely confidential and talking to someone can help a person feel better. Seeking support is not a sign of weakness but a sign of strength. This program can be accessed through this link.
The Mental Health Center of Denver offers excellent mental health services for youth and as of this date,, does not have long wait lists for their services. You can set up an initial meeting with them by calling 303-504-7900. MHCD has a school based therapist assigned to Hill Campus of Arts and Sciences. She is currently on maternity leave but will be returning in August for the 2022-2023 school year.
Denver Health also offers quality services. They can be accessed at 303-602-4848.

Calling all rising 7th and 8th grade parents. Now is your chance to get more involved in supporting your school! We’re still looking for a few roles to be filled, including PTSA President & Vice President (IDEA: team up with a friend on these two roles and co-lead!!). If I can do it – you can do it!! And, I’ll share all the info I have with you to help make your job easier! SIGN UP FOR A VOLUNTEER ROLE HERE TODAY!!!
RISING 8th GRADERS – VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY!!
I know it’s early, but you can help your student get a jump on their volunteer requirement for continuation by signing them up to volunteer at one of three movie nights at 9th & Colorado! The dates are: 6/26, 7/23 and 9/17. Volunteer from 630-9. Help 9th & Co check in attendees, sell snacks, provide directional help & trash patrol. Around 3 student volunteers wanted and one parent to provide oversight per date. Sign up here! Proceeds from snack sales go to Hill PTSA!! MOVIE NIGHTS @ 9th & Co
Fun partnership with 9th & Colorado and their Summer Movie Nights! Hill student volunteers (see above) will be selling snacks at the FREE movie nights at 9th & Co. Proceeds benefit Hill PTSA. Movie Nights take place on the lawn behind Blanco & Culinary Dropout. Put these dates in your calendar for a fun family outdoor movie night! Your student can volunteer (sign up above) then the whole family can join for the movie (rsvp to the right). You can RSVP to attend movie nights here.

Familias, el último día de clases es el viernes 3 de junio y será un día de salida temprana con salida a las 12:00 p. m. En preparación para el último día de clases:
Casilleros Los estudiantes a los que se les asignó un casillero deberían haberlo limpiado antes del 2 de junio. Cualquier artículo restante será reciclado o desechado.
Chromebooks: los estudiantes que no regresen a Hill o a otra escuela de DPS deben entregar su Chromebook en la oficina antes del 3 de junio o se les impondrá una multa. Todos los demás estudiantes que regresan a Hill o a cualquier otra escuela de DPS deben conservar sus Chromebooks durante el verano.

NOCHES DE CINE @ 9th & Co
¡Divertida asociación con 9th & Colorado y sus Summer Movie Nights! Los estudiantes voluntarios de Hill (ver arriba) venderán refrigerios en las noches de cine GRATIS en 9th & Co. Las ganancias beneficiarán a Hill PTSA. Las noches de cine tienen lugar en el césped detrás de Blanco & Culinary Dropout. ¡Anote estas fechas en su calendario para una divertida noche familiar de cine al aire libre!
