May 5-9 is Teacher Appreciation Week and we are celebrating our teachers in many different ways, including a Hill spirit week! Check out our theme days – we are exciting to have some fun celebrating our teachers next week!
Monday: “Storybook Style– Everyone wears book-related clothing/Character clothing
Tuesday: Nurse Day–Wear Scrubs and stethoscopes if you have them!
Wednesday: Professor Chic–Embody a stylish yet scholarly look, mixing professional attire with a trendy, academic vibe
Thursday: Grade Expectations–Everyone dresses as if they’re preparing for an exam—think “study mode” with glasses, highlighters, pens, or even clipboards. (Nerdy Day)
Friday: Neon Highlights–Think neon colors, like hot pink, electric blue, and neon yellow. Everyone can wear neon-colored outfits/80s theme
On Thursday, May 8th we will have an 8th Grade Continuation makeup opportunity after school from 1:15pm-4:00pm. This will be hosted in the library and students will have the opportunity to make up attendance, Q2 & Q3 portfolio makeup assignments, & ICAP surveys. Unfortunately, community service will NOT be offered at this opportunity.

Our talented Hill theater students are hard at work bringing the strange and unusual to the stage with this year’s musical production of Beetlejuice Jr. Join us as we journey into the afterlife (and back again!) in this hilarious and heartfelt show about family, acceptance, and letting go — with a whole lot of spooky fun along the way.
Mark your calendars for performances on Thursday, May 15 at 7:00 p.m., Friday, May 16 at 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, May 17 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

The 8th Grade Panoramic Class Pictures will be taken on TUESDAY, APRIL 29TH in the gym. This is the ONLY time pictures will be taken of the whole class, so please make sure your student is in school and on time for this special event. All ordering is online at https://bestclasspicture.com.
